RØD Pub Parrilla at the New City Market. The project concept: sitting around the fire with family, friends, and loved ones while enjoying good food in a cozy environment.

The interior design prioritized coziness through the use of wood, contrasted with warm tones and a comprehensive lighting design. The project also included the design and detailing of all cabinetry, such as storage benches, shelves, countertops, and a mobile cashier station for layout flexibility.

The design and construction of the Parrilla Grill – the main star – considered generous dimensions, organizing the workflow and ensuring the quality of the incredible and unique menu.
