Projects / Residential / Torrone House
The single-story house was designed to make the most of the land’s expanse, distributing the spaces in a fluid and connected manner. The floor plan is organized into sectors, separating the social and private areas while maintaining an intuitive and integrated circulation. The choice of a single level enhances the sense of horizontality and connection with the surroundings, while also ensuring accessibility and practicality.
The materiality of the project is one of its main highlights. Exposed concrete is used both in the structure and finishes, lending a cozy yet raw aesthetic. Its texture and natural tone create an interesting dialogue with the external environment, especially when combined with the landscaping.
