By the clients request, the 220 m² house should be constructively simple, single floor and have a generous leisure space, with a continuous and integrated living room space.
The three longitudinal axes establishes three different ceiling heights: 2,80m in the service and intimate rooms; 3,80m in the living room and an infinite height in the leisure space.
Externally, it is possible to see the contrast between the towed concrete structure and the exposed brick walls, alternating common binding and a “cobogó” type binding, setting up punctured plans in closing corridor walls and in the water tank volume.
