A one story house with a large garage, an integrated kitchen and a balcony. Upon client’s request, the house perimeter should be as concentrated as possible, with a few free areas (except for a small swimming pool). The final structure is sandpapered exposed concrete. The walls are made of exposed bricks, which may vary in the type of binding, depending on the function of the room.
