Residential building with four apartment units per floor. Different from the ordinary, the structural design was already finished and upon the client’s request, the design aimed to highlight it in a way that would spend as minimum as possible with the construction system. The ground floor could be a garage area, occupied only by a lobby and by a small internal hall, that allows access to the vertical circulation.
